As we have not done any marketing here at Belle Vie, in order to receive all the insider scoop be sure to get on our reservation list asap. Once placed on the list you will be the 1st to know which lots are available.

You can attend our Preview Day on May 18th after getting on our reservation list. On May 19th all reservation holders must select their lots.

Lot closings will happen first. After the lot is closed on, you can schedule your design appointment to pick out your selections. Once all selections are finalized, the construction can start. If lending is necessary you are able to choose your own lender or reach out to the lenders who have made themselves familiar with our little village. There are many options for lending and construction loans available. Please contact us for more info.

Yes, there will be a resident friendly HOA we call The Belle Vie Assembly. These documents will be available around lot selection day.

In order not to clutter the shoreline, we have create beautiful neighborhood covered boat slips available to our residents only.

Yes! We welcome short term rentals through our cottage rental program, making the process as turn key as possible.
