Belle Vie sits on Bois D’ Arc Lake, the new 16,000-acre recreational lake that is less than an hour northeast of downtown McKinney. Specifically, Belle Vie is on the primary peninsula that pushes into the deep water of Bois d'Arc Lake, providing stunning views of both sunrises and sunsets.
The Village Center will be the heart of the community, providing a safe and convenient place for people of all ages to eat, swim, shop, play, or simply hang out. Streets will feel like intimate outdoor rooms as opposed to paved dividers which interrupt the beauty of each side of the street. Homes are designed to maximize privacy and light, and they will be built with solid masonry construction so that they will serve as "Forever Homes." Docks will be available for those who wish to directly access their boat from Belle Vie.

Belle Vie is located 60 miles northeast of Mckinney on Bois D’arc Lake. Head North on 75 to SH-121 (business 121) North. Take SH-121 all the way through Bonham and take a left on E US-82. Take E US-82 for 15 miles until you hit FM-1396. Take a right on FM-1396 for 6 miles, you will pass the South Boat Ramp on the left. 1396 dead ends onto a cul-de-sac and Belle Vie is on the right side of the dead end.
